We have lived at the Cliffs for almost 2 years now and our overall experience has been nothing but positive and delightful. It is a quiet community and the entire staff along with the maintenance team are a great group. All our needs and requests are always promptly addressed and even follow-up to ensure satisfaction. The Cliffs are pretty personable too, there are always residents walking around the complex and stopping to chat with other, the management will often stop and have a chat as well.
Overall a very nice place to live.

As an original tenant at The Cliffs on Whitby, you can feel assured that the resident is made to feel individually special and all requests are met in a timely manner. The Cliffs offers a home-like setting. One forgets that there is an adjoining neighbor. Living at The Cliffs on Whitby is worth it!

This apartment community is very quiet and friendly. The management has gone above and beyond what is expected of them to make us feel at home. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems. This place feels more like a town home community than an apartment complex. We will not be leaving anytime soon!

I’ve been living at The Cliffs now for a little over a year. I couldn’t be happier living in this friendly, peaceful and safe community. The neighbors look out for one another, the grounds are well maintained and anytime I have a maintenance request it’s always done quickly. The Staff is friendly and always addresses any of my concerns or needs. Best part of living here I love that you have no one living above or below you!

The Cliffs on Whitby is a quiet and comfortable place to live. My husband and I could not be more pleased. The best thing about the apartments is that they’re single story which means I don’t have to worry about neighbors above or below. We just re-signed our lease because we have been so pleased living here.
